NDRF brings out Monographs and Publications on futuristic engineering technologies:

The First National Convention of NDRF on R & D Management, organized by National Design and Research Forum (NDRF) at Bangalore during March 25-26, 1994, provided a platform for experts from multiple disciplines to share their rich experience and prepare for the above mentioned challenges.

This publication was a co-ordinated efforts for identifying the topics for including and identifying authors who should contribute articles. The book has been acclaimed as one of the finest in the field and appreciated by many. It is a matter of gratification that the galaxy of experts in the field of tribology have contributed the chapters in this monograph. The following members were involved to publish the Monograph:
Dr. B.V. A. Rao, R. Krishnamurthy, A. Sethuramiah, K. Balasubramanian, R.A. Rao, Dr. B. S. Prabhu, B.C.Majumdar, Braham Prakash, C.N.Pillai and M.K. Bhargava.

NDRF has brought out a Monograph on “Nanosensor Technology: Last Technological Revolution” compiled by Prof. N. Chandrasekaran, Ph.D. Former Pro Vice Chancellor, Manipal University which was released by our President, Er. S.S. Rathore on his visit to Bangalore during the Meeting of BOG, NDRF on 27 April 2013.

NDRF was granted to prepare a “Compendium on Advances in Micro Air Vehicles in India” on behalf of National Programme. This compendium proves a means of dissemination of knowledge of the experts who have worked under NP-MICAV. Technical Papers on important topics on MICAVs were invited and published in this compendium. This publication will spread developments on Micro Air Vehicles in India. This project is successfully closed.

NDRF initiated the first of its activity on Insect Flight with the support of NP-MICAV for preparing a Book on “Bio-Aerodynamics of Avian Flight” which has been sanctioned to NDRF. Prof N. Chari, Former Vice Chancellor & Dean, Kakatiya University, Warangal is the Lead Author.
